Description:

ISPOR is pleased to announce a call for volunteers to serve as Nominations Committee At-Large Members.
Changes to ISPOR’s Nominations and Elections https://www.ispor.org//about/our-leaders/board-governance/ process being implemented with selection of the 2026 Board, include broadening the Nominations Committee to better reflect ISPOR’s diverse membership.

We are seeking both senior and mid-level professionals with ISPOR volunteer or leadership experience. Service on the board of a Non-Profit, Association, or Corporation is highly desired. At-large members are identified through a general call for volunteers, recommended by the current Nominations Committee and approved by the Board.

The Nominations Committee is responsible for assuring that the Board is a balanced representation of the ISPOR membership with respect to education, professional interests, work experience, geographic location, and gender.  The Committee meets virtually at least three times in November and December.

At-large members serve three-year terms, renewable, but not consecutively. New At-large members will be named in November 2025 and assume their positions immediately.

Questions about the Nominations Committee should be directed to governance@ispor.org.
